Looking for HR Recruiter in Chennai
Responsibilities
- Job descriptions: Design and update job descriptions to align with company needs.
- Candidate sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels and craft personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.
- Screening and interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, and prepare assignments and tests (numerical, language, and logical reasoning).
- Job advertising: Advertise job openings on the company's career page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Shortlisting and offers: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and handle job offer communication, including queries about compensation and benefits.
- HR metrics monitoring: Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Recruitment events: Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Hiring collaboration: Work with managers to identify future hiring needs and act as a consultant for onboarding new hires.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
