Looking for an Interim Paintshop Maintenance Engineer

To join our Paintshop Maintenance team in Chennai, we are looking for a driven and passionate Junior Engineer. You will help senior engineers and technicians make sure that all paint application equipment and associated systems run smoothly and effectively. For a recent engineering graduate or someone with some experience, this is a great chance to gain knowledge and develop in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Help senior engineers plan and carry out paintshop equipment preventive maintenance programs.
Under supervision, take part in the fundamental maintenance and troubleshooting of the paintshop's hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Discover and use diagnostic methods to find equipment issues.
Help with the commissioning and installation of new paintshop equipment.
Assist the maintenance crew in maintaining and organising the inventory of spare parts.
Observe job instructions and established maintenance procedures.
Skills:
Strong interest in maintenance and equipment reliability.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and manuals.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 1+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
