Are you an engineering professional with a deep grasp of quality control principles and how they are used in a manufacturing setting who is based in Chennai and is meticulous and quality-focused?
Participate with our company's quality control team in Chennai and help us guarantee the calibre and conformance of our produced goods. We provide a demanding and fulfilling work environment where your proficiency in quality control will have a direct influence on the calibre of our products and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure they meet specified quality standards and tolerances.
Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer-specific requirements.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns and implement improvements.
Perform internal quality audits to ensure compliance with established systems and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest quality control methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
Qualification:
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
Experience in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and specifications.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
