Assist via remote channels, making sure that all written and spoken communications are professional and understandable.
What you need:
Excellent written communication skills in English for emails and chat interactions, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer queries and issues effectively.
Good data entry and processing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office Suite and relevant CRM or customer service software used in Chennai.
