Immediate Opening HOD Paintshop Operations

Responsibilities
Ensure that all paint shop operations inside our Chennai manufacturing facility are strategically led and guided, adhering to quality standards, Tamil Nadu-specific environmental legislation, and overall business objectives.
Implement strong quality control procedures in accordance with our company's worldwide quality policies and any particular local regulations in Chennai to guarantee adherence to strict quality standards for paint application, finish, and durability.
Establish and oversee the paint shop's key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring performance against goals and taking remedial action where necessary in the Chennai context.
Keep abreast on the most recent developments in paint technology, materials, application techniques, and environmental laws that are pertinent to both international trends and the Indian manufacturing industry.
Skills
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing paint shop teams, achieving production targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and their application in a paint shop environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs
Qualification: Any BE Degree
Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
