HOD of the QC Department in the Manufacturing Sector

Focus: Highlight the key competencies of developing and overseeing quality control plans tailored to injection-molded components, making sure that strict criteria are followed, streamlining procedures, and cultivating a quality-focused culture in a plastics manufacturing facility in Chennai.
Experience: 6 to 8 yrs
What you’ll Do:
Create and execute a thorough Quality Control (QC) plan specific to our Chennai facility's injection moulding procedures and outputs, in line with overarching corporate goals and pertinent quality standards.
Create and supervise the execution of thorough inspection plans, sampling techniques, and testing protocols for moulded parts in Chennai. These include functional tests pertinent to their application, dimensional checks, and visual inspections.
Provide top management in Chennai with thorough quality performance reports and metrics tailored to injection moulding, emphasising important developments, initiatives for improvement, and the general efficacy of the QC function for moulded components.
Encourage awareness, accountability, and proactive participation in quality improvement initiatives pertaining to the quality of moulded parts at all levels by fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the Chennai injection moulding company.
What you need:
Proven experience in developing and implementing robust inspection plans, testing protocols, and quality standards for injection moulded parts, considering common defects and critical dimensions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong data-driven approach to quality improvement and decision-making in the context of injection moulding.
Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing quality control team focused on injection moulded parts in a diverse Chennai workforce.
