HOD of Paintshop Operations Quick Availability

Responsibilities
Create and carry out the Paintshop's overarching plan and goals, making sure they are in line with the company's injection moulding production targets, quality standards, and client demands.
In order to ensure comprehensive root cause analysis and successful resolution, lead and oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process for paint-related flaws.
Supervise the operation of atomisers, paint circulation systems, and environmental control systems (filtering, air balance) that are essential for plastic painting.
Oversee connections with suppliers of paint and chemicals, working together to introduce new materials, provide technical assistance, and guarantee quality and affordability.
Encourage creativity in material selection, paint application methods, and process automation that are pertinent to plastic components.
Skills
Strong understanding of quality standards related to painted plastic surfaces (e.g., appearance, adhesion, durability, resistance to chemicals/scratches).
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse workforce.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a strong emphasis on root cause analysis for paint defects on plastics.

Qualification: Any BE Degree
