Head Our QC Team Head of Department in Industry

Your Impact:
You will be in charge of overseeing and controlling every facet of the quality control function, making sure that our manufactured goods are compliant and of high quality. This entails setting up and keeping up strong quality control systems, promoting ongoing development, leading a group of QC specialists, and making sure that pertinent industry standards and laws are followed. Strong leadership and management abilities, a demonstrated track record of creating and managing high-performing QC teams, and a thorough understanding of quality control principles in a manufacturing setting are all requirements for the perfect applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement the overall quality control vision, strategy, and goals for our Chennai manufacturing operations, making sure they are in line with the business's strategic objectives for regulatory compliance, customer happiness, and quality.
Establish a clear organisational structure, specify roles and duties, and cultivate an ownership and responsibility culture within the Chennai team by exercising strong and decisive leadership over the Quality Control (QC) Department.
Create, uphold, and constantly enhance a strong quality management system that satisfies or beyond pertinent international standards and industry-specific legal requirements in Chennai, India.
Create and supervise the use of thorough quality control plans, sophisticated inspection techniques, and unambiguous work instructions for every phase of the manufacturing lifecycle, from raw materials to final products.
What you Need:
Proven ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the QC function and the broader organization, utilizing data-driven decision-making and statistical analysis.
Strong financial acumen with experience in managing significant QC budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and demonstrating a clear return on investment for quality initiatives.
Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 6 to 8 yrs
