Head of Maintenance In charge of Preventive Systems

Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct the complete maintenance department, which includes all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and injection molding-focused specialists.
Create and oversee effective predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance plans to extend the life and uptime of injection moulding equipment and associated assets.
Assure tight adherence to all applicable safety laws, environmental guidelines, and legal specifications pertaining to injection moulding equipment upkeep in India.
Encourage the department to adopt a proactive maintenance, continuous improvement, and specialised problem-solving approach for injection moulding equipment.
Oversee connections with outside maintenance service providers and suppliers that focus on the upkeep and repair of injection moulding equipment.
Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 10+ yrs
