Primary Task: To design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business needs, contributing to our technology initiatives in Chennai and beyond. This role involves working across various stages of the software development lifecycle and collaborating with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Participate in the design and architecture of software applications and components.
Write clean, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code in the chosen programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, depending on the team's technology stack in Chennai).
Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an agile development environment.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the Chennai development team.
Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) effectively for code management, branching, and merging.
Contribute to the maintenance and support of existing software applications.
Required Abilities:
Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Basic understanding of testing principles and experience with unit testing frameworks.
