Fantastic Chance HOD Molding in a Leading Plant

Responsibilities:
Oversee the injection moulding manufacturing department in our Chennai facility, making sure that everything runs smoothly, that the output is of a high calibre, and that production goals are met.
Oversee a sizable group of operators, technicians, moulders, supervisors, and support personnel by establishing goals, assigning tasks efficiently, and creating a productive workplace that aligns with Chennai's work culture.
Create, carry out, and enhance production schedules to reduce downtime and maximise machine utilisation in our Chennai factory while guaranteeing on-time delivery of moulded components.
Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the production of moulding, such as cycle times, first-pass yield, material consumption, and machine efficiency, to support ongoing initiatives for operational improvement in Chennai.
Make sure that the quality standards, client requirements, and pertinent industry norms are strictly followed for injection-molded parts made at our Chennai factory.
Skills:
excellent knowledge of injection moulding process optimisation techniques, defect analysis, and quality standards.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, capable of inspiring and nurturing a sizable and talented shaping crew in Chennai.
Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to handle intricate technical and operational issues in the moulding shop.

Qualification: Any BE Degree
