Responsibilities:
To ensure correct charge capture in accordance with Indian healthcare standards, review patient charts, encounter forms, and other pertinent documents.
To fulfil our Chennai office's daily and weekly production goals, maintain a high degree of accuracy and speed in your data entry.
For our Chennai operations to remain consistent and high-quality, we must strictly adhere to defined charge entry workflows and protocols.
Follow any updates to the payer, billing, and medical coding criteria (CPT, ICD-10) that apply in India.
Attend training classes to improve your understanding of the charge entry processes, billing software, and medical codes that are utilised in our Chennai operations.
Skills:
proficiency in efficiently interpreting medical records and patient charts.
In our Chennai office, a significant volume of data entry duties requires effective time management and organisational abilities.
