Enter Now to Kick Off Your Admin Profession

Primary Task: To offer full administrative support, making sure that daily operations in our Chennai office and facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Oversee Chennai's office building's care and maintenance to maintain a hygienic, well-organised, and productive workspace.
Make travel and lodging arrangements for staff members and guests who are based in Chennai or are going there or back, keeping in mind local travel alternatives and cost-effectiveness.
Create and compile standard administrative correspondence and papers.
Help with organising and carrying out internal meetings, workshops, and office activities in Chennai.
Work with the finance department to process vendor bills and monitor payments.
Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and security plans for the Chennai office, among other facility-related duties.
Required Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Tamil) to effectively interact with local vendors, employees, and stakeholders in Chennai.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
