Enhance HR Effectiveness in an HR Executive Position

Responsibilities:
Employer recommendations, social media, online job boards (like Naukri and LinkedIn), and regional recruiting firms in Chennai are just a few of the sourcing avenues you should use.
Organise orientation events to acquaint new hires with the culture, benefits, and policies of our Chennai-specific establishment.
In order to ensure compliance with Indian data protection rules, keep accurate and current employee records both in physical form and in HRIS.
Manage statutory compliance with regard to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other relevant Indian labour laws, making sure that local Tamil Nadu legislation are followed.
Support the quick and equitable resolution of employee complaints and disputes in order to foster a productive and peaceful workplace in Chennai.
Skills:
Core HR Knowledge: A solid grasp of HR procedures, such as hiring, onboarding, employee relations, basic payroll principles, and statutory compliance.
Organisational Skills: Able to efficiently handle several priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting, extremely well-organised, and meticulous.
Technical Proficiency: A master of the Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Possessing knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS/HRM software is advantageous.
