Employing Head for the QC Unit Brilliance in Production

Responsibilities:
Create, carry out, and supervise a thorough Quality Control (QC) plan that is in line with our manufacturing operations' goals in Chennai and our target markets, as well as the overarching business objectives.
Examine quality data and performance metrics to spot patterns, track process effectiveness, and spearhead efforts for ongoing improvement in all areas of our Chennai organisation that have an impact on quality.
Create, preserve, and oversee thorough quality documentation about our activities in Chennai, such as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), control charts, inspection plans, and quality manuals.
Arrange, carry out, and supervise internal and external quality audits, guaranteeing adherence to the QMS and promoting the early detection and remediation of any possible non-conformities throughout our Chennai site.

Skills:
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and quality control.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities to engage with external stakeholders on quality issues and at all organisational levels in Chennai.
comprehensive knowledge of all applicable Indian quality standards, rules, and laws pertaining to manufacturing, particularly those unique to Tamil Nadu.
