Drive in the Manufacturing Industry as the QC Head

Responsibilities
Create and Promote the Quality Vision: Clearly define and communicate our Chennai manufacturing operations' quality strategy and vision, fostering an organisational culture of excellence in quality.
Strategic Leadership of the Quality Function: Oversee and manage every facet of Chennai's Quality Control (QC) division, establishing goals, priorities, and performance benchmarks to provide results of the highest calibre.
Lead and Empower the Quality Team: Assemble, guide, and motivate a productive group of QC specialists in Chennai, encouraging their development, giving them clear guidance, and giving them the freedom to spearhead quality projects.
Oversee the efficient distribution and administration of the QC department's budget, making sure that resources are used as efficiently as possible to meet Chennai's quality goals.
Skills
Deep and comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and a proven track record of successful implementation and management (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Expert-level understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and advanced problem-solving techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities with a proven ability to drive organizational change and achieve significant quality improvements.
