- Designation - Telephone operator
- Qualification - Graduate with good communication skills
- minimum experience required - 1 or 2 years experience ( fresher also welcome)
- Job Location - BKC, Mumbai
- timing of work - office hours 9am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the telephone EPABX board.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
- Transfer calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Assist callers with queries and provide information as needed.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
