Senior Steward

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with kitchen operations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and dining areas. Assist in dishwashing, cleaning utensils, and maintaining kitchen equipment. Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed. Arrange and set up dining tables before and after service. Maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials. Follow all safety and hygiene regulations to uphold food quality standards. Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure a clean work environment. Assist in handling and storing kitchen inventory.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a steward or in a similar role is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be the face of the cafe, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling reservations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all customers. Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests efficiently. Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team. Promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Well-groomed and presentable with a warm personality. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
