Role of a GRE
Welcome guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout. Maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary guest likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields on the profile. Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms.
meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
