Personal Profile/Character Attributes

• Should be Graduate / 12 pass and should have an excellent communication.
• Honest, flexible, enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated and learning attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively through verbal & written communication.
• Age : 18- 30 yrs
• Remuneration : As per Industry norms

Work Experience Min: 0 to 4 yrs of experience out of which at least 1 yr of experience in similar position. Duties/Responsibilities

• The F&B Host/ Gre is the first point of contact of the Restaurant, so it is important you smile and offer a warm greeting to all our guests at all time.
• Take bookings , via telephone, fax, emails and deal promptly with all inquiries relating to the Restaurant, turning enquiries into booking and handling guests orders.
• Keep up to date and accurate all enquiries relating bookings and put them in the systems and follow up any guest’s requirements and pass it on to the right person.
• Maintain the data of the systems up to date and does the monthly.
• Liaise with the management regarding special offers and ensure the offers are advertise accordingly on website.
• Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings, create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant, building a detailed record.
