We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented
Guest Relations Executive
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences -- from the moment they arrive until departure.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Manage VIP and special guest requests.
Promote hotel facilities, amenities, and loyalty programs.
Maintain accurate guest records and daily activity reports.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
1-3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (hotel industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (Opera, IDS, Fidelio, etc.).
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
