Position:

Production In-Charge - Gravity Die Casting

Experience:

Fresher / 1+ year

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy or related field)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

day-to-day production operations

of gravity die casting Monitor

casting parameters

such as pouring temperature, die temperature, and cycle time Ensure production targets are met as per the plan Supervise machine operators and helpers on the shop floor Ensure

quality of castings

as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with

Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room

departments Identify basic casting defects (porosity, shrinkage, cold shut, etc.) and report to seniors Maintain

production records, shift reports, and rejection data

Ensure compliance with

5S, safety, and housekeeping

standards Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Skills & Knowledge Required

Basic knowledge of

gravity die casting process

Understanding of

foundry operations and metallurgy basics

Ability to read

engineering drawings

Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
