Skills Required

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, interaction design, and usability best practices. Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency. Ability to create engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, banners, and print collateral. Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Qualification & Experience Required

1 - 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX and/or Graphic Design. Any bachelor's degree or in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research to identify user behaviors, pain points, and goals. Design clear, engaging graphics and layouts for various marketing and branding needs including digital ads, social media posts, print materials, and presentation decks. Maintain consistency in visual branding across all user interfaces and marketing materials. Stay current with UI/UX trends, visual design techniques, and best practices in both fields.
