Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Executive with Graphics skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms to strengthen brand presence, grow our community, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner Support the development of social media campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Create engaging visuals for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand designs. Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos as needed. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1 year of proven experience in social media or experience with motion graphics or video editing. Strong understanding of different social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and community building
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
