Graphic &; Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Kochi (Kakkanad

Pay: Rs45000 - 50,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time - Day shift ( subject to change after 3 months)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Graphics Designer with 5+

years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a

sharp visual sense, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual content across digital and print

platforms. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality

graphics, animations, and video assets.

Key Responsibilities

₹ Conceptualise and design visually engaging graphics for digital and social media needs.

₹ Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and visual effects.

₹ Edit and enhance video content, including colour correction, transitions, and sound syncing,

Adapt and optimise graphics for different platforms and formats.

₹ Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.

₹ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams.

₹ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

₹ Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

₹ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field

(preferred).

₹ 5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.

₹ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

₹ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.

₹ Ability to edit videos and create seamless motion assets.

₹ Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and motion work.

₹ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

₹ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
