Position/ Role: Graphic Designer
Experience Required: 3-7 years
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Senior Manager
Industries Preferred: Retail, Real Estate, Design & Architecture, Internet / social media, Agencies, Media Houses.
Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Skills Required: Excellent Communication, Coordination, Articulation; Interpersonal Skills; Analytical skills; Artistic ability; Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software; Exceptional creativity and innovation; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Accuracy and attention to detail; An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment; Professional approach to time, costs, and deadline
Job Responsibilities:

• Translating brand's needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
• Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create media.
• Articulating and pitching design concepts to clients, art directors and others
• Evaluating choices critically, with the customer needs in mind
• Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
• Selecting colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
• Demonstrating portfolio to show creative, design and software skills.
• Designing social media creatives/ social media videos and motion graphics
• Communicating design choices clearly

Job Expectations:

• Designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and many other forms of visual communication
• Assisting the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project.
• Bringing new business to the organization and sell current portfolio of work to prospective customers.
• Planning the framework of design according to the laid-out concept and established specifications of the project
• Ensuring that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company

Minimum Qualification: strong creative and technical skills, including knowledge of design principles, software proficiency (like Adobe Creative Suite), and effective communication
Minimum Job Experience: 3-7 years
Reporting to: HOD
Travel: Travelling as and when required
