Job Overview:

We are looking for a

highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be able to create

extraordinary post designs, ad creatives, and motion graphics

that align with brand strategy and engage the audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design

creative posts, banners, stories, and ad campaigns

for social media and digital platforms. Develop

visually striking ad creatives

for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital channels. Work closely with the content and marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals. Create

motion graphics and short video animations

for digital campaigns and reels. Maintain brand consistency across all designs. Stay updated with the latest design and digital marketing trends. Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience

in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

and Corel Draw or equivalent tools. Knowledge of

motion graphics, animation, and video editing

is a must. Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and layout. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative design ideas. Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in designing for

social media ads and campaigns.

Understanding of

brand communication

and

digital marketing requirements.

Ability to adapt to different brand styles and tones.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
