Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

Develop visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and print collateral.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the company's visual identity and brand voice.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to understand project requirements and collaborate on design concepts.

Design Tools:

Utilize software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and edit graphics.

Optimization:

Optimize designs for different platforms, considering factors like responsiveness, load time, and UI/UX best practices.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality checks to ensure designs meet standards and specifications.

Stay Updated:

Keep up with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.

Communication:

Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders. Should know social media handling including reels, motion graphics and video editing.
