Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design:

Design engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print media (social media, brochures, presentations, infographics, reports, etc.). Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Content Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create designs aligned with campaigns. Support internal teams with visual requirements for events, presentations, and documentation.

UI/UX Support (Basic):

Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, or internal tools (basic exposure preferred).

Innovation & Trends:

Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity and output quality.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools. Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Creativity with attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines. Basic knowledge of UI/UX design will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

Other Requirements:

Must have own laptop with required design software. Comfortable working from office, 5 days a week.
