Graphics Designer-Skills-Salary package-Experience Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers and visual artists.

Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual designs for social media, ads, websites, branding, presentations, and Google posts and blogs

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver consistent brand messaging.

Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.

Maintain brand consistency across all assets and platforms.

Provide guidance and constructive feedback during design reviews.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh creativity to the team.

Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

4-6 years of professional graphic design experience with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (branding, social, digital, print, etc.).

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Canva, etc.

Excellent sense of layout, typography, color theory, and design aesthetics.

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Strong communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.

Salary - 25k - 30k
