Role Description:
Leads the creative direction for We Connect's brand and events, managing design strategy, campaign visuals, and video storytelling. Ensures brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead design ideation and conceptualization for campaigns.
Supervise junior designers and allocate creative tasks.
Produce event showreels and promotional videos.
Work with event managers and marketing for integrated output.
Experience Required: 5-7 years
Qualification Required: Degree in Fine Arts / Design / Media
Tools / Software Know-How: Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
