Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and UI/UX Designer to join our team. This multifaceted role requires expertise in video production, motion graphics design, and the creation of user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio that demonstrates an ability to blend visual storytelling, animation, and intuitive design principles across both digital and video content.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw video footage into cohesive, high-quality video content for use in digital marketing, social media, promotional materials, and presentations. Ensure proper synchronization of audio, video, and graphics. Apply color correction, transitions, special effects, and audio adjustments to enhance video quality. Maintain high standards of quality control for video outputs and deliver final products on time.

Motion Graphics Design:

Create dynamic and engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including website animations, social media videos, and explainer videos. Use industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other animation tools to produce creative visual content. Integrate graphics, typography, and visual effects into video content. Work closely with the creative team to ensure the visuals align with the overall brand identity.

UI/UX Design:

Design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, ensuring a visually appealing, intuitive, and seamless user experience. Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, using insights to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Collaborate with developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately and efficiently. Ensure that designs are responsive, functional, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Video Editor

Motion Graphics Designer

UI/UX Designer

or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX design. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:

Video Editing

: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

Motion Graphics

: Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender

UI/UX Design

: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design tools. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience with 3D animation and rendering. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
