Job Description

Design Creation:

Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, social media posts, banners, and presentations.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain consistency in all visual designs as per the company's brand identity and guidelines.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, production, and product design teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative outputs.

Concept Development:

Develop innovative visual concepts and design ideas to support marketing campaigns and product visuals.

Software Proficiency:

Efficiently use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma, and

AutoCAD or similar CAD software

for 2D/3D design work. Create precise technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models for products, packaging, or structures. Convert design concepts into CAD formats for production or manufacturing use. Ensure all CAD drawings meet dimensional accuracy and company standards.

Revisions & Feedback:

Make necessary design or drawing changes based on feedback from clients or internal teams.

File & Project Management:

Maintain organized design and CAD files with proper naming, formatting, and documentation.

Innovation & Trends:

Stay updated with new design trends, CAD tools, and graphic techniques to continuously improve creativity and efficiency.

Time Management:

Handle multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
