Job Overview

Sourcing Sathi is seeking a

creative and versatile Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer

with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and UI/UX design tools like Figma. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, and user-centered design skills to craft impactful designs for digital and print media, as well as intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics, social media creatives, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials. Edit and produce high-quality videos using

Adobe Premiere Pro

and

After Effects

. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to deliver creative assets aligned with brand guidelines. Create

UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes

using

Figma

. Work on website and app design to ensure smooth user experience. Stay updated with design trends and bring innovative ideas to projects. Ensure all visuals are optimized for digital platforms. Deliver creative outputs within deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer. Strong expertise in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

. Proficiency in

Figma

for UI/UX design. Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. Experience in motion graphics and video editing. Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to adapt to different design styles. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI/UX projects.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of branding and marketing design strategies. Experience with web design or familiarity with front-end principles. Understanding of social media content creation and trends.
