Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design branding materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and digital ads for real estate projects.

Develop high-impact visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

Work on multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Video Editing:

Edit promotional videos, reels, and YouTube content using raw footage, drone shots, and animation.

Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance property marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce impactful video campaigns.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks.

Knowledge of real estate design and video trends is a plus.

Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
