Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging posters for digital and print platforms (social media, events, promotions, etc.).
Translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to support campaign goals and audience targeting.
Optimize visual content (image sizes, ALT text, keyword placement in creatives) for SEO performance.
Assist in creating graphics that support lead generation strategies (landing pages, ads, CTAs).
Analyze creative performance data and suggest design improvements to boost engagement.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all visual materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, particularly poster design (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles (image optimization, metadata, content alignment).
Familiarity with digital marketing funnels and lead generation tactics.
Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Canva, Figma, or motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or basic ad creative testing.
Experience working with landing page builders or CRM tools.
