Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media posts, reels thumbnails, carousels, and stories (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

- Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, standees, posters, banners, hoardings, and event creatives.

- Work closely with content writers and video editors to translate concepts into visuals.

- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (logos, colors, fonts, tone).

- Design creatives for admissions campaigns, hospital promotions, awareness days, events, and internal communications.

- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for final outputs.

- Make quick design edits based on feedback and tight timelines.

- Stay updated with design trends, formats, and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Corel Draw (mandatory).

- Basic knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.

- Understanding of social media design formats and dimensions.

- Good sense of color, typography, layout, and composition.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Portfolio showcasing digital + print design work is mandatory.
