Responsibilities: ₹ Collaborate with the creative team to transform concepts into visually compelling designs aligned with our brand identity.
Develop digital and print materials such as social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, etc.
Generate innovative design ideas that effectively convey complex messages.
Create visually striking visuals that resonate with our target audience and evoke an emotional connection.
Incorporate feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across various platforms.
Stay updated on design trends and apply them to projects to enhance visual appeal.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, and marketers to deliver impactful designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Enhance the visual storytelling of the Hare Krishna Movement's message. Qualifications: ₹ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Creative flair, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills for handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
Problem-solving skills to create designs that communicate messages effectively.
