About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Graphic Design Trainer

with strong expertise in design tools Photoshop, Coraldraw, Illustrator and Figma to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional graphic design projects and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on Graphic Design principles, UI/UX basics, and design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Create and deliver training materials, assignments, and real-world projects for learners.
Guide students in developing creative portfolios and professional design workflows.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Evaluate learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with the academic/curriculum team to enhance the training content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experiencein professional graphic design projects.
Strong command over Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.), and other popular design tools.
Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Creativity and a passion for helping others learn and grow in the design field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting design workshops.
Knowledge of UI/UX design, prototyping, and user research is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
