Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand visuals for digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design digital and print materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations. Develop brand identity elements -- logos, typography, color palettes, and layout guidelines. Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaign visuals and promotional assets. Edit and retouch images for various platforms. Prepare design files for printing and digital publishing. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all channels. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

; knowledge of

Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW

is a plus. Excellent understanding of

color theory, typography, layout, and composition

. Basic knowledge of

motion graphics or video editing

(Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinking and strong attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts

, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience

in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply). Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is

mandatory

.

Preferred Additional Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of

UI/UX design

principles. Experience in

social media marketing design

. Familiarity with

HTML/CSS

for web layout understanding. Ability to create simple

animations or GIFs

.
