Join a dynamic political campaign team in Maharashtra dedicated to women Empowerment. We are looking for a creative and driven Graphics Designer to help visually communicate our message, connect with voters across the state, and build a strong, recognizable brand identity.

Role Overview:

We need a talented Graphics Designer to create compelling visual content for both digital and print mediums. You will work closely with the campaign strategists, social media team, and content creators to produce designs that resonate with Maharashtra's diverse electorate, inspire engagement, and promote our candidate's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Design a wide range of visual materials: social media graphics (posts, banners, stories, infographics), posters, hoardings, banners, flyers, brochures, email templates, and presentation decks.

Develop and maintain the campaign's visual identity (logos, colour palettes, typography) ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.

Create culturally and regionally relevant designs that appeal to various demographics within Maharashtra.

Design assets for political rallies, events, and volunteer initiatives.

Adapt designs quickly for fast-paced campaign needs, including rapid response and real-time content.

Collaborate with the team to translate complex political messages into simple, powerful visuals.

Ensure all designs are optimized for different formats (digital vs. print) and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design work. (Prior experience in political, social, or advertising campaigns is a major plus).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (Canva, Figma).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A keen understanding of the political landscape and cultural nuances of Maharashtra.

Fluency in Marathi (read/write) is highly preferred. Knowledge of Hindi and English is essential.

A passion for politics and a strong alignment with the campaign's core values.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.

Knowledge of local symbols, iconography, and art styles relevant to Maharashtra.
