Are you a creative visionary with a passion for transforming ideas into compelling visuals? Biz4Group is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and elevate our brand identity. You'll play a crucial role in creating engaging visual content that captures our audience's attention across various digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:Design and create visual assets for social media campaigns, including posts, stories, and advertisements. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital banners. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create impactful visuals for blog posts, presentations, and websites. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are consistent with our brand's identity and tone. Work on UI/UX elements, web layouts, and other digital interfaces as needed. Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, adhering to deadlines.


Required Skills & Qualifications:0-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer; a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work required in case of freshers. Good knowledge of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment. * Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for different digital platforms.
