We are seeking a designer--meaning an efficient professional who delivers

Remote (India preferred, but open to other locations for the right fit).

Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing):

Marketing & Social Media Design:

Create engaging and on-brand graphics for all digital channels, including social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), advertisements, email newsletters, and blog headers.

Brand Collateral:

Develop and maintain core brand assets, including presentations, one-pagers, and pitch deck designs.

Web & UI Elements:

Design visual elements for our website and landing pages (icons, banners, infographics) that enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Visual Strategy:

Translate marketing objectives and business goals into effective, aesthetically pleasing visual solutions.

Maintain Consistency:

Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

Strong Portfolio:

A portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality design work, especially in digital marketing and branding for startups or fast-moving projects.

Software Proficiency:

Expert command of key design tools which requires for Video creation and graphics.

Core Design Principles:

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Speed & Efficiency:

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and iterate rapidly based on feedback.

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
