Job Description

We are seeking a

highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including brochure design, UI/UX design, social media graphics, motion graphics, reels, marketing materials, and book compilation layout. You will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, and possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design visually compelling brochures, marketing materials, and other print collateral. Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications. Create engaging social media graphics, including static images, animated content, and video reels. Develop motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. Design visually appealing layouts for book compilations, ensuring readability and aesthetic consistency. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders. Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills. Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
