We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the real estate sector, particularly in working with developers. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing brochures, brand books, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives. You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with a keen eye for visual consistency and brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality brochures, brand books, flyers, hoardings, and other marketing collaterals.
Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design assets.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and branding teams to translate concepts into visually engaging designs.
Create layouts for print and digital platforms, ensuring optimum clarity and appeal.
Manage multiple projects and deliver creative assets within deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to real estate and luxury branding.
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or agency with developer clients.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Strong portfolio demonstrating work on real estate brochures, brand identity, and promotional materials.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate design solutions quickly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Preferred:
Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
Experience working on luxury real estate projects or with developers is highly desirable.
