We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across digital and print mediums, with a deep understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute high-quality graphic designs for web, social media, print, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visual assets. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all design materials Lead and mentor junior designers to maintain high creative standards Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies Work closely with cross functional teams to understand project goals and requirements. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Good to Have Experience in motion graphics and video editing Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus Why Join Us?
