As a Graphic Designer at Limelite, you will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through exceptional visual design. You will work closely with the Creative Head to develop and execute visually compelling content that aligns with brand and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of hands-on design work and strategic thinking to ensure that our visual outputs are both innovative and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design advertising concepts with a creative mindset, utilizing Adobe Suite to enhance the brand and ensure the message is conveyed through engaging visuals.
Execute these concepts across various formats, including social media, digital, and print advertisements.
Gain a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, mission, competition, and target audience to create compelling campaigns.
Create advertisements that are strategically sound and align with the project brief.
Actively participate in the creative development process and collaborate with the team on artwork production.
Maintain high standards of graphic design, brand consistency, and customer experience by adhering to brand style guidelines.
Apply creative execution best practices to deliver high-quality and high-volume designs in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of design concepts, with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and internal teams.
1-2 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
