My name is Vaibhav Gupta, I am the founder of Diraaz Tea, a registered brand under Redraz International Pvt Ltd.

We are a small team of people running this organization for over 2 years now. We cater to b2b & d2c both although we have a better presence in the b2b market in Lucknow currently (are starting to expand operations into Himanchal Pradesh) we also cater to customers PAN India via online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc.

We have a decent customer base, our products are supplied to Amity University Mess, HCL Tech canteens, Police Headquarters, 112 Emergency, High Court - Gomti Nagar canteens, SMS College canteens, various Hotels, Restaurants and Cafe's etc.

We run operations for sales & marketing, packaging & delivery, accounts & finance, shoot & design.

We are now starting to focus a little more on the d2c front with activating various marketing campaigns, social engagement drives, off-line marketing and other such branding exercises.

We are quite pumped up and excited about it and also see this as an opportunity to engage with fresh minds out of management & creative institutes.

We are actively selling a product that is fundamental to residentials, institutions, offices and almost all such places. Tea as a product gives us great opportunity to engage with the customer and with the market.

As a start-up we see this as a great opportunity to discover new talent, to work with them, test theories in the live markets, build teams in the process build an organization and a consumer brand.
