Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute design solutions for a variety of projects, including but not limited to: Digital marketing materials (social media graphics, website assets, email templates) Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging) Presentations and infographics Branding and identity development Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Present and justify design concepts to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies. Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Experience with web design and digital marketing is a plus.
