Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Content Design
? Conceptualise and design creatives for Instagram (posts, carousels, stories, reels thumbnails), YouTube, and other social platforms
? Translate content ideas into visually compelling formats aligned with BioFrost's brand identity
? Work closely with the content team to brainstorm, ideate, and visualise content themes and campaigns
2. Performance Marketing Creatives
? Create platform-specific creatives for:
? Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
? Google Display & YouTube
? Amazon Ads
? Adapt designs based on performance requirements such as hooks, formats, aspect ratios, and messaging hierarchy
? Support rapid creative iteration and testing for performance marketing
? Create product-led, benefit-driven visuals optimised for fast decision-making
4. Video Editing & Motion Content
? Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives
? Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats and variations
? Ensure videos are optimised for attention, clarity, and platform consumption
5. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
? Maintain consistency with BioFrost's brand language, color palette, typography, and visual system
? Ensure all output meets quality, clarity, and brand standards across platforms
Must-Have Requirements
? 2-5 years of experience working with
FMCG and/or D2C product brands
? Strong understanding of
platform-first creative requirements
(social, ads, marketplaces)
? Deep hands-on expertise in
Canva and Adobe Photoshop
? Working knowledge of video editing for short-form content
? Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
? Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and improve in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have Skills
? Entrepreneurial or startup background
? Advanced video editing or motion graphics experience
? Experience working on integrated campaigns (launches, sales, brand initiatives)
? Exposure to performance marketing creatives and A/B testing workflows
